Privacy policy
This policy explains, in plain words, what information Care Alongside collects and how we use it. Last reviewed on an ongoing basis.
What we collect
When you use our matching form, we collect only contact-intent information: your name, email, an optional phone number, your city and state, your preferred language, who the care is for, and what kind of help you're looking for. We also keep a record of your consent to be contacted.
We do not collect medical information. We never ask for, and you should never send us, diagnoses, medical histories, medications, or health records. We are not a medical provider and do not handle protected health information.
How we use it
We use your information to match you, free of charge, with vetted private-pay in-home care providers near you, and to follow up with you about your request. With your consent, a matched provider may contact you by phone, text, or email about in-home care.
Who we share it with
We share your contact details only with the in-home care providers we match you to, so they can reach out. We do not sell your information for unrelated advertising. Providers pay us a flat fee for an introduction; we never take a share of what you pay for care.
Your choices
You can opt out of contact at any time by replying "stop" to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or writing to us. Consent to be contacted is never a condition of using our information pages.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the limited information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive details we don't ask for.

We collect just enough to match you with care — never medical records — and we share it only with the providers we connect you to.
